Ongoing monthly services do not include running your business for you, marketing your site for you, or training you or your staff to manage your site. Clients monitor site metrics (visitation) and/or eCommerce orders, follow up contact inquiries, create newsletters, and other site activity or functions unless these services are specifically included in the original quote. Yes – we can provide 100% website management, but typically business owners have staff that handle operations closely tied to sales or user interactions. Not to worry, as again this is merely an estimating tool. All the details will be discussed before you are given a final quote for services to meet your needs.
